At Pearls + INK, we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for our customers ensuring that your order reaches you in a timely manner. Our packaging is carefully chosen to protect your precious bridal and groom finery and our shipping costs are transparent, providing you with clarity and peace of mind. 
If you have any questions about our shipping methods, packaging, or costs, please do not hesitate to reach out to our dedicated team.

TIME FRAME: In stock items from our studio will take 1-3 business days to process for shipping once order is paid. Please allow 'made to order' items up to two weeks for processing. If a 'made to order' item is needed sooner, please contact support@pearlsandink.com before placing an online order.

Depending on delivery address, a shipment can take 3-7 business days to arrive once processed. Tracking email notifications will be available once shipped.

Please always ensure address information is up to date and correct to avoid any delays.

We take pride in making sure every item passes our quality control assessment when packaged. Please review the following guidelines before making your purchase. Final Sale Items

    •    Earrings – For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    •    Custom & Personalized Items – Any custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.

    •    Gift Cards are final sale.

    •    Sale items - items purchased on sales promotion are final sale.

    •    If any item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receiving at support@pearlsandink.com 

Returns

    •    We accept returns on various items (please see refund policy in description field) within 7 days of receiving your order.

    •    Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

    •    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping  method to ensure safe delivery.

    •    Once the original item is received, we will process the refund.    

 

Non-Returnable Items

    •    Any worn, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.

    •    Items returned outside of the 7 day window will not be processed.

    •    Sale or discounted items are final sale.

 

Returns & Store Credit

    •    In certain cases, we may offer store credit instead of an exchange.

    •    If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the                   packaging and item.

 

Care & Handling

Many of our accessories are delicate and require special care to maintain their beauty. Please follow the care instructions provided with your purchase to prevent damage. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or improper handling.

Product Care

1. Bridal Hair Accessories (Combs, Pins, Tiaras, Hair Vines)

    •    Avoid Moisture & Chemicals

Keep accessories away from hairspray, perfume, chlorine, and saltwater—they can tarnish metal finishes and dull crystals or pearls.

    •    Store Properly

Lay each piece flat in its original box or in a soft pouch. If storing multiple items together, wrap each in tissue paper to prevent scratches.

    •    Clean Gently

• Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to wipe away oils or residue.

• For stubborn spots on metal, lightly dampen the cloth with water—never soak.

    •    Handle with Care

Always pick up pieces by their sturdier metal base rather than delicate filigree or beading to avoid bending or breakage.

 

2. Bridal & Groom Jewelry (Necklaces, Earrings, Bracelets)

    •    Keep Away from Moisture

Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising to prevent tarnishing or rusting.

    •    Polish Regularly

Use a jewelry‐safe polishing cloth (often included with fine jewelry) to restore shine. For pearls or softer gemstones, skip polishing cloths and simply wipe gently with a clean, damp cloth.

    •    Inspect & Tighten

Before each wear, check clasps, links, and settings.

    •    Store Individually

Keep each piece in its own pouch or compartment to avoid tangling and surface scratches.

3. Cufflinks, Tie Rings/Bars, Bracelets (Groom Accessories)

    •    Avoid Harsh Cleaners

    •    Wipe After Wear

Gently buff metal surfaces with a soft, dry cloth to remove skin oils and prevent build‐up.

    •    Storage Tips

Store cufflinks and tie bars in a flat, lined box or compartment—keep bracelets in a fitted pouch or small jewelry box to maintain shape and prevent scratches.

 

4. General Tips & Troubleshooting

    •    Avoid Direct Sunlight & Heat

Prolonged exposure can fade fabrics, soften glues, or discolor metals and stones.

    •    Check Before Wedding Day

Do a final inspection 24–48 hours before the event to ensure nothing loosened in transit.

    •    Emergency Kit

Have spare earring backs, clear nail polish/nail glue (to secure loose stones), and a soft cloth on hand for last‐minute fixes.
